ReNew Lending Inc. Mortgage Bank is seeking seasoned Wholesale Mortgage Area Sales Manager to open territories throughout Las Vegas and Arizona.  Office located in Southwest Las Vegas.


The Sales Manager is responsible for the direction and management of a team Account Executives who are producing ReNew Lending products and services throughout Las Vegas and Arizona. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team achieves sales and profit goals.

  • The Sales Manager (SM) shall recruit and hire top Account Executives for the branch located in Las Vegas.
  • The Sales Manager will manage the Account Executives monthly based on goal setting and minimum standards.
  • The Sales Manager will conduct sales meetings, maintain marketing strategies, and coordinate training according to company objectives.
  • The Sales Manager will develop and maintain strategic client relationships that are congruent with ReNew Lendings corporate objectives and goals.
  • All goals and objectives shall be collaborated with the Corporate Management on a monthly basis.
  • The Sales Manager will make field calls with each Account Executive according to company objectives.
  • The Sales Manager will review broker application packages for prospective new clients and recommend approval of same to Corporate Management.


  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be able to communicate at senior levels regarding team performance
  • Must be able to manage staff, lead department initiatives and work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of mortgage/home equity origination processes is a must.
  • Knowledge of selling techniques and strategies is a must.
  • Strong selling skills are necessary, with the ability to convert prospects to customers.
  • Must be a self-starter and self motivated to meet job expectations and sales goals.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be able to make decisive and accurate decisions.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without sacrificing profitability.
  • Possess superior customer service skills
  • Ability to use MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Windows, MS-Outlook and the internet effectively.


  • Minimum 5 years wholesale lending experience as an Account Executive or Manager
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing sales in the mortgage industry
  • 4-year college degree strongly preferred.
